I was referred to Attorney Askew from a Good Friend of mine. I told her I needed a good divorce attorney because the last one I hired wasn’t doing their job. So I hired Attorney Askew in the middle of the case. The other attorney had a big lead on the case due to my old attorney lack of performance. Me and Ms. Askew started from the very beginning of my file and she found so many loopholes in my case that my last attorney missed. Lo and behold when we returned back to court we won our case. The judge granted me the martial home because I brought it before the marriage. Secondly I was able to keep my retirement I’ve worked my whole life for. After the judge reviewed Ms. Askew hard work on the case I was treated very fairly by the judicial system. I want to truly thank Attorney Askew and the rest of the Askew law family for their hard work and dedication. I called several Attorneys and no one would take my case because I wasn’t charged with a crime. I was devastated. My friend sent me Attorney Askew name because her friend had hired her. I made one call and Attorney Askew listened to me and agreed to take my case. She made me feel at ease because I have never been through anything like this ( TPO) case. I am so very appreciative and grateful for her and she also checked on me during the weekend on her off time. I retained this lady to represent me in a modification and contempt case back in 04/2020. Paid her 2500 dollars. She didn’t initiate my case until 04/21. She reached out in Aug 2021, still trying to put my case together. When I asked her why it took her this long, why she hadn’t filed not one document with the courts on my behalf, she stopped representing me and removed her self from my case, kept all my money and blocked me from communication with her. The few years I had her retained, we might of spoke 3-4 times. She always brushed me off to what I thought were paralegals on her team, but come to find out the lady I spoke to 90% of the time Ms. V, was just her mother she had slaving for her while she was always out of town thoting. ( yes thoting, a couple homies knocked her down) this lady screwed me in the worst way, wasted years of my life, made me look horrible in the court eyes I put my trust in her, in hopes of helping me be in my sons life. In return the courts dismissed my case and I haven’t seen my son in over 2 years. Someone please help ( and I have all supporting evidence backing my claims)

I had a plan when I went looking for a lawyer and it worked out perfectly. This team was the perfect match for me. If you’re ever in need of an attorney I highly recommend Mrs.Askew. She dawg in that court in. I watched her make two lawyers quit in my case and make the 3rd one fold in court. She really be on top of her game. To top it all off her team is phenomenal especially her paralegal Mrs. Shannon is a beast herself. She don’t play any games you can tell she be heavily invested and not just looking for a check. I hope this team stays together because I know I’ll forever need them but If Mrs.Shannon ever decided to become a lawyer I know she would do so well.
