Why do some cases settle quickly and others seem to take longer? The short answer is that an insurance company is almost always making the decisions on behalf of their insured (the negligent driver). In some situations, they make incredibly low offers or simply refuse to accept any responsibility - forcing us to take the case to trial. In other cases, insurance companies take responsibility for their negligent driver and negotiate a fair settlement offer.

How much will it cost? Our clients do not pay a penny until we win. Why? Most people do not have legal fees built into their budget. We understand that but also believe that if you need legal help, you should be able to get it. With our fee arrangement, you pay nothing until we secure a financial victory for you. When a case is won, we simply deduct our attorney fees from the total amount recovered. That fee is based on a pre-agreed upon commission percentage. It is as simple as that.
