For estate planning documents, we know it is better to have them before you need them than to need them and not have them. For these and other legal transactions, and uncontested legal proceedings, we offer flat fees.
A medical advance directive, durable financial power of attorney, and a will are vital documents. Everyone should make it easier on their loved ones in the future by having these. We offer a package price for these documents for married couples. And, we offer flat fees for numerous estate planning transactions.
Some of our best referrals for wills come from people who had to handle an estate without a will.
Divorce cases can result in high-cost litigation and prolonged disputes. If your goal is to minimize the time and costs of a divorce or other family law action, we can help. Flat fees may be offered. Our law practice is focused on successfully resolving family law disputes if a fair settlement is possible. We also offer prenuptial planning.
