What can be said about The DeMedeiros Injury Law firm?! Great things indeed. As a referral from an attorney friend of mine, I would be apt to say that Rick is certainly an attorney that cares about his clients and ensures that ALL information is provided to them when there are questions on the table that may need answering. In the handling of my mother's case he and Wanda were able to be reached via all modes of communication (ie: text, email, phone, etc.) and answered if not that same day...it was the next! This was definitely an upgrade from the prior attorney who had my mother's case. Having worked in a law firm, many people may not understand how small intricacies such as these can not only make or break a case, it can also make a difference in the efficiency of movement with the case overall. No one including attorneys like when a case remains stagnate or on-going longer than it needs to be. Serving as an advocate for my mother, it was nice to know that Rick + (Wanda) were also advocating behind the scenes for her as well with the timeliness of information being sent, requested from the other party, and received so that we always stayed in the loop. Although, the outcome of the case may have not been exactly what was desired, the work that Rick (Wanda) put into the case made its outcome one that was acceptable and satisfying! :) My mother and I are grateful for the experience and thankful. Rick is so awesome! My experience with him these past couple of years has been great! Rick will give you 100% effort to give you what you deserve . He is a thoughtful, kind and compassionate person. Rick is an outstanding individual, not only as an attorney but as a person. He is very down to earth and cares about his clients on a personal level. He’s also very knowledgeable in his field. He and his colleagues kept me informed of my options and treatment during my year-long case through constant communication. If I had an issue, someone was always there to pick up the phone and help me. Janet was my personal guide throughout most of my dealings with the firm. She was kind, thorough and made sure I got everything I needed as far as treatment and more. Most importantly, I was very impressed with how my case was settled. Hi. I just want to say that Rick is one of a kind. You don’t find attorneys like Rick at all. Most attorney signed you up brush you off and don’t return your call, but Rick will pick up the phone whether it’s six in the morning or nine at night he will always be there, I’ve had a tumultuous Workers Comp case since 2021. I’ve been hung up on and humiliated by Sedgwick my Workers Comp I have cried to my adjuster on the phone. As she hung up on me mid through begging for help. Rick has made sure that the treatment I deserve gets delivered. Rick has heard me scream cry at all times a day And he has always listened. He has always been straightforward with me. He has repeated himself multiple times, without hesitation due to my memory issues. Without Rick I really don’t want to think what life would like. Be like without him because it’s damn scary thank you Rick for all that you do and continue to do. You’re a true representation of what an attorney should be like. I can’t forget Wanda. She is great.
