I was referred to Mr. Heard by a friend who has used his services. I wanted to work with someone who came recommended from someone I trust. I reached out to Mr. Heard. He and his team answered all of my questions and reviewed possible scenarios. At every point, I felt as though he had my best interest in mind throughout the communication of his plan. I was kept abreast of what was going on during the time I worked with him. He gave me his thoughts on what he thought my next steps should be and made sure I was comfortable with that before proceeding. Mr. Heard is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced attorney. I would definitely utilize his services again. His office is also conveniently located.
