First off he is connected to the chiropractor. Joel Baskin only talked to me one time. Communication is extremely lacking. My case has been going on for more than a year. Didnt fight for me AT ALL! he took the first low settlement and lie about it. Went months without contacting me. I was the one that had to be calling. I would recommend everyone not too deal with Joel!!!!!!!!

DO NOT take Joel Baskin on as your lawyer! My mother is the most patient and trusting person and this man lied to her and took advantage of her kindness. One lie after another. After dragging on her case for 2 and a half years she got a call from him saying that she's expected to receive a VERY VERY low amount that will barely cover her medical bills. She had to have surgery on her knee after a fall and any competent lawyer that would have actually fought for her would have gotten her a lot more than this sorry excuse for an attorney. This was an open and shut case and with all the evidence to back my mother up and after 2 and a half years the amount he settled for is pathetic to say the least. Surveillance footage, medical records, testimony...she could have gotten herself a larger settlement by herself! To add insult to injury Joel Bask in asked my mother to bake pound cakes for him two Christmases in a row and she did. All the while, this man was lying to her about the amount of money she would receive when he knew all along he would never get her that. He slipped up and let the true amount that the defendant offered come out while he was trying to cover up another lie that he had told by mother by claiming that he never said it. He should be ashamed of himself for treating his clients like this. Hire him if you want years of your life wasted only for him to settle for the smallest amount possible. He is a lazy lawyer that will put your case on the back burner and put no real effort into fighting for your case.

Had good expectations going in with the Baskin in group. That totally changed when I find out they didn't have my Medical records from four months past. My settlement got ignored for months until I called after 4 months to check status of settlement. Its December a d I finished treatment in July. Now they saying 30 to 45 days. Totally discussed and will never use them again. Totally unsatisfied
