Before going over any payments over the phone , just explained to him where I left off , the last phone call I’ve had with this office. Not knowing my intentions , or payment I was going to make today to settle . I get hung up on , that is extremely rude . And you won’t be getting my money now 🫶

I was able to resolve my debt very easily ,Myriam Arreola went out of her way to help me settle my acount to make it more affordable and more of the amount I actually owed! I lived in an apartment complex that had a corrupt property manager .At one point another manager was fired ,and she believed he was embezelling funds from the complex funding account that was meant for the community fun nights that our complex basically never had .Needless to say when I moved out he charged me for 1000 extra in miscellenous charges on the bill no explanation. Now keep in mind ,I did not mind paying the amount I actually owed. Originally the complex corporate office said they would get back to me to work out a payment plan. That never happend ! Almost 2 years has gone by and I just received the updated itemized bill that the manager wrote up . It was alot more than what I actually owed. I am relieved myriam helped me so that I could pay it off completly! I am a single mom so I appreciate all of her help getting this matter resolved quickly so that it can get off of my credit!
