Sue Hankins assisted me with a situation that seemed hopeless at first. I suffered a fracture of one of the vertebrae in my spine when I was in a car accident on the way to work. Someone abandoned a car in the fast lane of the expressway. It was a very complicated case. She was extremely dogged in the pursuit of the responsible parties and ultimately we reached a very good settlement. I am very pleased with my representation and I highly recommend the office of Sue Hankins

Susan recently helped me navigate some of the ins and outs of starting my business, and I was very pleased with her services. This was my first time working professionally with a lawyer one-on-one, and I was nervous about what to expect, but Susan was great and made everything easy. She handled my LLC filing and all of the paperwork that was needed for that. She helped me finalize the contracts I use with my clients. She was also responsive, quick, and helpful when I had a client request a modification to my contract. She was knowledgeable and walked me through the different options so I could understand all sides of the request, then gave me the contract language for the modifications we decided upon. Susan was very easy to work with, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I was in big trouble. I needed help. I had contacted 4 law firms and got nowhere with them. Finally, I went to a Judge and explained my situation. He used his "Judge skills" and found me the greatest lawyer in Georgia. I don't know anything about law .... but I know all about customer service and creative problem solving, being a Disney Animation Artist and Disney Imagineer for 20 years. Susan answered my call herself, and before I could explain the entirety of my situation, she was already working on the case. It is a complicated case and involves many moving and intricate parts. But patiently, she listened close, and knew exactly what to do. Step by step she walked me through each next move to get me where I am. She made it painless, which for me was the first painless thing about my case. And going from worried sick and unable to sleep, to finally being able to breath, to then feeling as if, I not only was on the right track, but this feeling of peace and justice swept over my soul. ahhhh ... What a relief! Someone cared! She never once, not once, made it about money. Nope. All she cared about at first, was my welfare. Then she worked her skills step, by detailed step, to get me to a place where I am not only back in control of my life and my health, but I actually feel as though I have been more than fairly compensated for my time and personal suffering. I had to ask Susan if I could write her this review because she was so gracious and humble about it, she didn't want any praise, "no" she said, " Timmy please don't worry about it, it's my job." Well, that doesn't sit well with me ... In a world where people will wait in long lines to complain about stuff, its only right to applaud someone who goes above and beyond, we all have jobs, but to do your job with such professional integrity and such human care and kindness, is very rare in this day and age. If you're looking for an Attorney, look no further. It's not easy to find the level of service and wisdom that I found in Susan M. Hankins, not to mention the care and professionalism she has provided me from the first moment we spoke. I've done the leg work for you here, and I'm so glad I had a friend on the Bench to help me find her. But now that I have found her, I'm telling everyone who will listen.
