I can not recommend attorney Steven Herman highly enough!! He and Alecia Brooks, his paralegal, were certainly all of the usual lawyerly things...smart, skilled, great attention to detail, etc. But, and to me more importantly, they are kind, and really care about their clients. They supported me through this incredibly difficult time after my accident, and it meant so much to know I mattered as more than just a client. They sat through more than a few tearful calls with me and helped me navigate all of the medical, insurance, work, and financial stuff involved with a grace and kindness that is rare these days. When it was time to settle my case, Atty Herman stood strong and got me a far better settlement than I would ever have expected or dreamed of. Attorney Steven Herman and his assistant Alecia Brooks deserve my highest praise for the way they handled my auto injury case.
