Let me start by saying I HIGHLY recommend this firm. I was in a head on collision almost four years ago. At the time of the accident, I had my concerns with partnering with any firm for my case due to some of the horror stories I have heard over the years, but I am glad I took the leap to trust in Lowe Law. Starting with the initial consultation, I was greeted with excellent customer service, and made aware of how the process would unfold. I immediately started treatment for my injuries, but I was given options for each provider I met with. I had multiple surgeries, and after each, I received a call from the firm checking on my progress, not a “what’s next” kind of call, more of a how are you feeling. They were very responsive and informative, and they took the extra time to ensure my settlement was what I deserved. I met Attorney Lowe at an event in Atlanta and she was just so nice and a year later I was in a bad accident that totaled my car and left me injured. Of course, attorney Lowe was the first person to come to mind. I called her immediately the next morning and her and her staff told me step by step exactly what to do and even contacted the doctors for me. All I had to do was show up. The staff here took care of everything while informing me step by step during the process. As soon as the insurance accepted our offer, Attorney Lowe handed me a check the next day. Life changing.

My experience with Lowe Law Firm was absolutely terrible. At the age of 28, I suffered a life-changing traumatic brain injury caused by North Fulton Hospital staff. I was assigned a small legal team by Lowe, with whom I primarily spoke via SMS. And on a Sunday evening, just before the statue expired, I received a call from one of their senior attorneys, a cutthroat named Steven Loube. Lowe Firm withdrew from my case rather than assist me with treatment for my injury or securing a fair settlement. Don't count on them to defend you in court. I still haven't recovered, and I haven't received a dime. I suspect they never intended to help me but to write a letter of demand and pocket their contingency. I’m left worse off now than prior to signing with them. I wish I had found a better attorney, my life will never be the same.
