Google searches for “Mold Firm” and similar searches can produce search results for various companies including some that are not actually licensed attorneys. As a result, it’s not surprising that many clients and potential clients confuse Mold Firm with the Mold Law Group, which is a completely separate company. If you want to make sure that you’re speaking with the Mold Firm, make sure to ask the person with whom you’re speaking to confirm that they are a law firm with licensed attorneys. Even though I didn't call with a specific case I needed help with, Monique was so kind to take the time to educate me on how mold cases typically work and how horrible it is that so many people run into mold problems that the law cannot help remedy, even though their situations are dire and scary, leaving them feeling helpless. You could tell that this is a firm that would help everyone if they could and that they really do care what people are going through. Her compassion was evident on the call; you could just tell in her voice that she goes out of her way to set expectations with mold victims in a kind and straightforward way, even when her hands are tied and the news isn't great. Thank you, Monique, for your patience with people and for caring about people in our community, whether or not they have a case; your kindness helps take a little frustration off of a bad situation that's out of anyone's control.

Don’t EVER pay this place they are a SCAM. A waste of 2500 like how could yall play my family like that I have TWO UNDER TWO! When I contacted them for help I was pregnant and dealing with an apartment that was infested with mold I trusted them to help me and my family and they didn’t do anything but tell us someone would contact us after we paid them and that they would have a lawyer lined up for us to fight our case and THEY NEVER DID! I hope they go out of business or under investigation for FRAUD!

ZERO stars! SCAM ALERT!!! Do not call or try to use their services. They do not have any. Not lawyers. Not mold remediation. All of the paperwork used to dispute the transaction was from different companies and switched up addresses. No telephone numbers. All data was incorrect. Copy & paste company. Dealt with HANNAH

Warning: Run! Don't pass GO! As a client, let me be clear: find another lawyer to take your case. The owner of this establishment, who is also one of the lawyers, is incredibly careless, rude, and ruthless in his interactions with clients of the law firm. He's extremely sneaky and will turn on you in an instant, treating you as if you're on the opposing team. He's very disrespectful and won't hesitate to take your settlement funds if you're not vigilant. Don't waste your time with them.
