My name is Misty and I retained this attorney to represent me for having my foot smashed by a tow truck. I signed paperwork in early December. Here it is in June and I can count one one hand how many times I have talked to my case manager Ms. Chica. They never set me up for therapy for my injury. I have been calling and leaving messages for months, yet no one has returned my calls. Tia isn't even the person that handles my case but she was the only one that returned my call or even answered the phone and that was in April. I really do not appreciate how my case has been handled. If they couldn't have helped me with my case why even take it on? I'm really disappointed that I trusted this office to handle my case. Do not let this law firm represent you, you wont hear from them for months. I will report this to Georgia State Bar as soon as I get finished typing here. I've already complained to the attorney that assigned this attorney to me. Also dont listen to the radio to find an attorney. Nine times out of ten you will get outsourced to an attorney in another state and not familiar with the laws in your state.

I was rear ended at Red light, no fault of my own. I called Alexandra Shaunara, they set me up with their in network attorney. I never heard from Noah but Jennifer Chika ( para legal). Alot of time went by , continuously calling to check. Finally the answer was all they want & best you will get is $1900 for two injured parties. Settling for peanuts, per Jennifer Chika 's advice. I felt like they were protecting and/or friends with the at fault insurance company. The truth will infact surface soon. The check was supposedly mailed out & got lost in the USPS. IMAGINE THAT. I'm very unsatisfied with the performance of this firm. I would not recommend in good faith. Thanks.

I wish I could say I had the same experience as some of these other reviewers. I got into my accident in March, immediately contacted them and heard from the whole team immediately, I loved what I heard. After I completed therapy I was told to inform them, that’s when things started to become less professional. I couldn’t get in contact with them and when I finally got in contact with someone it was someone who no longer worked there. She helped me find someone and then the person who reached back out informed me they had everything and to give it 1-2 months. I reached back out 3 months later and Veronica Brown expressed they were missing other documents from me, which contradicted their call 3 months prior. I sent them in. Now, I’ve reached back out 3 more months later and Veronica is telling me I am missing more documents. Ultimately the process seems unorganized compared to other firms I have dealt w in the past. While my case isn’t as drastic as others, business is still business
