Apparently my review was removed so I will go ahead and post it again. I had a personal injury case with this firm. Nothing was ever done in my case for over a year. When I requested a copy of my records, I noticed that they hadn't even requested my medical records in order to proceed with my demand. An employee, Elizabeth Madan, is very rude and unprofessional. I called to check on my case and was told that the demand was not sent when she had already told me it was. She was laughing at me the whole time on the phone. I asked for the attorney, Andrews Fernandez, to call me back a week ago and I haven't heard from him at all. I sent him an email and no luck. It is very unfortunate that a company behaves that way with their clients and I dont think a person like Elizabeth Madan should be working with people. They also told me confidential information from another case that Im not involved in. PLEASE PLEASE, dont bring your case to this law firm. There are many other law firms out there that will help you but don't come here. PLEASE DON'T. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. Cuando solicité una copia de mis registros, noté que ni siquiera habían solicitado mis registros médicos para continuar con mi demanda. Una empleada, Elizabeth Madan, es muy grosera y poco profesional. Llamé para verificar mi caso y me dijeron que la demanda no se envió cuando ya me había dicho que sí. Ella se reía de mí todo el tiempo por teléfono. Le pedí al abogado, Andrews Fernández, que me llamara hace una semana y no he tenido noticias suyas en lo absoluto. Le envié un correo electrónico y no tuve suerte. Es muy desafortunado que una empresa se comporte de esa manera con sus clientes y no creo que una persona como Elizabeth Madan deba trabajar con otras personas. También me dijeron información confidencial de otro caso en el que no estoy involucrado. POR FAVOR, no presente su caso a esta firma de abogados. Hay muchas otras firmas de abogados que lo ayudarán, pero no vengan aquí. POR FAVOR NO. A ellos no le importan sus clientes.
