I called in January. I got a phone appointment for Feb 20th at 2pm. They did not call me. I called and talked to the receptionist. She had my info. She gave them the message to call me. They never called me. This is called BAD BUSINESS. I have unlimited funding for my case. Terrible business, just dont call people at an arranged time even if they cancelled 3 hours of work to talk to them. Can I bill them $300 an hour for missed work?

We waited for 9 years and 10 months for our visa to get approved. It was a long wait between Covid and holidays, but Chris and Azucena did everything they could to get my husband’s visa approved. They were very professional, and extremely organized. At some point we had become very frustrated and took our case to another attorney to review our case and see if something was missing. They reviewed it and told us that Chris and Azucena had done an EXCELLENT job and that we should continue to wait that the appointment was pretty close. We are leaving Juarez today with everything fully approved. Thank you all so much for helping him achieve the American Dream! Blessings to all!

Polite and professional, while you're in the office. Once you leave, good luck getting any type of communication from them. Emails go unanswered, numerous calls to an answer service or voicemail, it's practically impossible for you to ever get a response without walking back into the office. Without an appointment (which you have to call to make) that can be a good part of your day. They do the legal work, but they don't like phones or emails. Communicating with them is extremely frustrating.
