This Firm is a COMPLETE Joke! I've been currently dealing with this Firm for 2 years, 2 months after receiving my "Right to Sue" Letter from the EEOC. I made it Very CLEAR that I couldn't afford the initial retainers fee of nearly $2000 to Mr. Kirby G. Smith himself 2 years ago on a phone call person to person. He then shared with me that the Firm could always take the fees out of the settlement case, being this solid. The entity that's being sued NEVER refuted the claim at all. But for some reason Mr. Kirby G Smith has gotten cold feet and I'm processing this Firm could NEVER be TRUSTED and dishonest. Coming from a Disabled War Veteran who has been traumatized.
