I am a professional colleague of Jason. He knows the worker's compensation system inside and out. Jason works hard and maximizes his client's results. When you hire Jason to represent you, you will work directly with him. Too many law firms these days use case managers and paralegals to handle the work, and make it impossible to actually speak with your lawyer. That is not the case with Jason --- I am a huge advocate of his type of approach to practicing law and representing clients.

I am so grateful to have been referred to Jason. He's a warm, caring, funny, and supremely relatable guy who fills the room with positive, infectious energy. It's actually fun to be around him and talk about torts — certainly not my typical experience with attorneys. I really struggle to understand legal language, and I was very impressed by the way Jason immediately put me at ease and slowly walked me through the law. I tend to ask lots (and lots …) of questions in these situations, and some attorneys make it plain they don't have the time or desire to deal with your ignorance. Not Jason. At a leisurely, relaxed pace, he clearly answered my questions and thoroughly discussed my (myriad) concerns until he could tell I was comfortable going forward. Wonderful guy, great lawyer — can't recommend more highly.
