What Are the Basic Elements of a Personal Injury Case in Georgia?

Once a week the first 2 months. I told them I had pain in my shoulder and lower back. I only wanted physical therapy. Angie told me She,Rhonda and Scott had had injections before and they are Simple, "I can't tell you to get them but if you do you can get more money" My accident was in June I hired them, I found out in November they had not even called the insurance company to represent me nor had they pulled policy limits. I would have used my own insurance that I pay for through my job. From August-December 2022 I tried to talk to someone just to get a update on my case, all voicemails. Finally a new Lady answered and said she talked to THE DRIVER WHO HIT ME and he said he only had a 25k. I knew at that time I had signed up with a law firm with either a high level of incompetence or a outright scam! Six months had gone by and Scott Pryor law had not sent notice of representation nor demand the policy limits. Literally the only thing they did were set up doctor appointments for me. My current attorney is doing a great job I'm only receiving 5k out of 25k because I wasted time allowing Scott Pryor law to fool around withmy case, the bulk of my settlement is going toward medical bills that could have been avoided or handled differently with proper guidance and representation. I am Thankful to God Almighty that all bills arr paid. I and glad I signed them off my case when I did. My name is Curtis Lawrence Jr and I have nothing to lie about. All I have are a string of text messages to justify this horrendous terrible experience. STAY AWAY! I have yet to receive a formal apology from this firm.
