This law firm is a JOKE!!! Do not use them!! The communication is poor, they do not answer or respond to emails, you have to cc Amy and the whole team in order to get a response. The assigned attorney will tell you NOT to do that. They will not fight for you ! The first settlement offer was low and because I didn’t accept the amount the attorney told me that’s the highest the insurance company would go and she would have to pass my case on to a Senior Attorney . After I patiently waited, the law firm voluntarily withdrew from my case. 😳 This was the BEST THING EVER! I requested a withdrawal letter from them and started to represent MYSELF! At this point I lost trust in them so therefore I asked the insurance adjuster , what was the last dollar amount that they offered, I found out that there was a $12,000 dollar difference so hummm what were they going to do with the extra money. To make a long story short, I was able to negotiate on my own behalf and receive A LOT MORE !!!💃🏿 To add on to the drama they tried to go behind my back and write a demand letter on my toddler’s behalf. Since I was representing myself at this point the insurance adjuster notified me in reference to this matter. I emailed the firm and asked WHY are you still contacting the insurance company on my son’s behalf when you guys voluntarily withdrew from the case! Guess what, I got NO RESPONSE 🤦🏿‍♀️ Again! Please DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! They’re overwhelmed and not trust worthy!!! I would like to remain anonymous so therefore I’m using an associates google account.

10 months ago a 18-wheeler reversed into my vehicle at a red light. It felt right to go with Any Witherite Law Group since they specialize in truck wrecks. My attorney William Pate and his team were great. No matter call or text, a response was quickly given for updates or concerns. Towards the end I did get a little worried because when dealing with medical billing, it can be prolonged due to many reasons. nonetheless Attorney Pate, Cassandra, Grace, and Kira were prompt with updates and delivered with transparency. I received a breakdown of every detail throughout my case so I know they didn’t try to hide anything from me. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service.

Accidents happen at the worst time. My position in life right now prompted me to call a major law firm with lots of resources. I could’ve went the 25% route but I decided to pay more for “expertise”. However, what I received was a disjointed and overwhelmed firm. Once my treatment was over in December 23’ I was informed that the next step was to gather bills and they only updated that every two weeks. So it wasn’t til March 24’ that my case was submitted and settled in April. Now I’m stuck at ANOTHER bottle neck in their process. They received my settlement check weeks ago and won’t even send me the amount not affected by medical bills. Which was the reason I couldn’t get the full amount immediately (6mo after treatment). My lawyer had prepped me to receive the funds weeks ago and now the settlement team says her and the account are overwhelmed and that’s why they haven’t sent the funds. So they’re just sitting on my money while they know that I’m in dire need. Seems like they spend all their money on commercials and not the resources they need in order to live up to their claims.

My case opened 3/24/23 settled but why am I still waiting with no response from lawyer assigned to my case. This has been ongoing since a month or two into case. Communication suck. I’m the client that had no fault in accident got seriously hurt and now in limbo on my case. Really. Don’t believe the hype you hear. My personal opinion that for special cases not ordinary single parents like me. I just want what’s fair and right. Hospital treatment was null/void and complained.(ignored), doctors sent to did very little/to nothing,complained (ignored), outrageous bills for no service. Not checked. Update: since reviews are being read I am getting calls and updates but not worth it. Case closed finally but not with a great outcome.. it just settled. Person at fault had minimum policy. Beware of those kind of policies. Don't cover much. Please do your own research I sure know I will if ever happens again. End of story.
